Hello MJUSD Staff and Community,
It’s a joy to reconnect and reintroduce myself as a proud returning member of the MJUSD family! I am honored to serve as the Deputy Superintendent of Personnel Services, and I’m thrilled to be back in this incredible District. My journey in education began as an elementary school teacher and has since evolved through various site and District leadership roles.
I am energized by the opportunity to collaborate with all of you as we work together to build on MJUSD’s tradition of excellence. Our shared commitment to recruiting and retaining outstanding educators and staff is essential to the success of our students and families—and I’m excited to be a part of that mission.
MISSION STATEMENT
To proudly serve children and our community by promptly, professionally, and courteously supporting the personnel needs of every MJUSD employee.
GOALS
- Enhance and elevate teacher retention efforts
- Provide meaningful support and mentoring for site and District administrators as we collaboratively strive to improve student achievement
- Strengthen partnerships with colleges and universities to expand educational and career development opportunities for our community—creating pathways for training, certifications, and skills that will empower our team of educators and student support professionals
Thank you for your continued support of our Department and our District. I look forward to the great work we will accomplish together!
