Earn High School Units in Fine Arts or Electives

Students can earn high school units through two options:
 
1. Ongoing Classes (FREE)
  • When: Mondays and Thursdays, 5:30–8:00 PM
  • Where: Marysville Youth and Civic Center, 1830 B Street, Marysville
  • Details:
    • Open to all students and families, and students seeking HS units in Fine Arts
    • Class size is limited – pre-registration required
    • Students keep a log; every 15 hours = 1 high school unit

2. Two-Day Classes (FREE) – 15 hours = 1 HS Unit
  • When: Must attend both days, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Where: American Indian Education Office, 4850 Olivehurst Avenue, Olivehurst, CA 95961
    • Gate entrance at corner of 8th and Olivehurst Avenues
  • Details:
    • High school units in Fine Arts or Electives
    • Classes scheduled during District break times
    • Breakfast and lunch provided

  • November: Saturday–Wednesday before Thanksgiving
  • December: Christmas Break
  • January: Martin Luther King Day
  • February: District Break (not Feb 15 – Pow Wow Workshop)
