Anthem Begins Notifying Impacted Members Affected By Cyber Attack
Starting March 2nd, Anthem will individually notify all impacted current and former members by U.S. Postal mail, so households may get more than one letter with the same specific information on how to enroll in free credit monitoring and identity protection services.

Follow these 3 simple steps to enroll in the AllClear PRO credit monitoring service.
Step 1 – Visit https://anthem.allclearid.com to request additional protection. You will need to provide your name and an email address.
Step 2 – Within 72 hours, you will receive an Identity Protection Confirmation email message which includes a redemption code – see sample below.
For additional protection, and at no cost, affected U.S. individuals may also enroll in the AllClear PRO service at any time during the next 24 months. This service includes credit monitoring and an identity theft insurance policy. You may sign up online at https://anthem.allclearid.com/PRO using the following redemption code:XXXX
Step 3 – Complete your enrollment using your redemption code.
The AllClear SECURE identity repair assistance is automatic and no enrollment is necessary.
