1st Trimester Goals These are the 1st Trimester goals for Language Arts and Math. The goals are also what I will be assessing for the students report cards. Language Arts I can correctly write upper and lower case letters. I can tell the difference between letter, words and sentences. I can hear and say sounds in words. I can read first grade decodable books. I can make a connection with a story. I can respond to a picture using sensory details.
Math I can name the shapes circle, square, rectangle, trapezoid, rhombus and triangle. I know left and right I can count to 100 by 1's I can count to 100 by 2's I can count to 100 by 5's I can count to 100 by 10's I can count pennies, nickels and dimes
