Homework Procedures & Behavior Chart

Students will have homework every night in my classroom except for Fridays.  This will usually include a Language Arts page and a Math page.  Both papers are going to be a review of what we learned in class each day.  It is an extension from our class work.  Most nights your child will have a decodable to read.  They need to practice reading their decodable to someone three times or more. 

It is important that you work with your child on their homework everyday this will help them be successful in the classroom.  Please sign your child’s homework daily.  Each day your child need’s to turn in their homework.  It is important to only do the homework that is assigned for that day.  Do not do the whole packet.
