STARS and ASES after school program is opening up online enrollment for the 2020-2021 school year, from Monday, May 11th at 8:00 a.m. until Friday, May 15, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. All past and incoming students must submit an online request.
Current STARS/ASES students MUST Re-enroll for the 2020-2021 school year.
Submit an online request for enrollment between Monday May 11th and Friday May 15th. (Portal will open at 8 AM on the 11th and close at 6 PM on the 15th.)
If you are not able to complete an online application please contact the school site coordinator during the enrollment period of May 11th-15th. They can be reached between 11AM- 1PM.
A random lottery draw will occur for each individual school site. Space is limited to 80 students per school site. (Dobbins, Loma Rica, and Cordua space is limited to 40 students) Enrollment requests after the May 15th deadline will not be considered for the lottery draw.
Parents will be notified by May 29th for confirmation to attend the after school program for the 2020-2021 school year.
If you are not contacted by May 29th you will be placed on a waiting list.

ASES offers a supervised and safe place for students to go after school. Students receive homework help, supper meal, enrichment activities, and recreation. With parent permission middle school students have the option to walk or bike home after signing out.
Technology (computers and ipads), cooking, science club, drama club, art club, crafts, dance, rally games, sports, tutoring, open gym and more.
